Front desk staff was nice. They don’t make the sofa bed even after it had been requested at checkin. The restaurant - wait for a seat was too long and then it took them over 15 min to close E get the order after seating is and then another 15-20 min u til the food came. Probably Will not Go back there again. The Fairmont in Vancouver was a day and night difference. Vancouver was amazing and the Chicago was disappointing

Yes room was clean and orderly with everything in place. Front desk and dining staff were professional and thoughtful. Music in restaurant was a bit high for volume, more relaxing type of music would be nice. Food was good and happy hour specials were nice. enjoyed our stay.

Overall the property is stunning. The staff was kind. The rooms were decorated impressively. The beds in our room were worn out and I felt like a human taco. Likewise the pillows provided are about the worst I’ve ever had in an upscale hotel. While disappointing, the biggest disappointment was the closure of hotel amenities due to a plethora of private events. When we arrived even the seating in the lobby was reserved everywhere for a private party. Really nice place, but it feels like hotel guests are an after thought.

The room was spotless and the staff was good. Loved the hotel. Was just an overnight stay. Wish we had stayed another day. Loved the area.
